The Terms and Conditions set out below apply to all transactions on the Art and Magic Site. Please read through these carefully before placing your order. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. We don’t match our furniture prices in our store with the web prices Returns and Cancellations You can cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days beginning the day after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us. We will reply within 2 working day of your initial contact. You do not have to give a reason for your cancellation but a brief description will help us to improve our services in the future. If you cancel you must return the goods to us at your own expense. Or we can arrange the collection for you; however the charge for this service is typically around £50.00. You must ensure the goods are in original packaging. Any items that are custom made by the manufacture may incur a cancellation charge of 25% of the value of the goods. If you cancel your order once it has been delivered, you must not use the goods, must take reasonable care of them, and must make them available to us when we call to collect them on the date we will agree with you. We will collect the goods & then refunds the cost of the items ordered including original postage / delivery charges within 30 days of cancellation. For your security and protection refunds are given by the same method which the payment was made by. This does not affect your statutory rights. We Endeavour to display as accurately as possible the colour of our products that appear on the website. However we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of the pictures or photographs that are shown. Please check all items at the time of delivery. Missing or damaged parts must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
